Suggested Law Would Allow Underage Military to Drink Alcohol
Columbia, S.C. A South Carolina lawgiver says minor military men and adult females should be permitted to imbibe alcohol.
Representative Fletcher Smith has patronised legislation that would permit alcohol purchases if service fellow members younger than 21 show a military designation card to a mixologist or store clerk.
